Ultimaker 2+ Connect 3D Printer

All UltiMaker models have excellent visibility with an open and easily accessible build platform. A heated glass bed ensures that most materials adhere firmly to the build surface without aid from glue or tape. With the UltiMaker S3, active build plate levelling routine is automatic – after levelling the build plate approximately using the knurled nuts in each corner, the printer takes over and stores offset values to compensate for any inaccuracies. Nozzles are interchangeable, allowing a range of possible resolutions between 0.25 and 0.8 depending on the quality required.

Reliability and ease of use doesn’t stop with hardware - UltiMaker has also developed the highly successful Cura software, engineered to get the most out of their 3D printers. Integration between software, 3D printer and materials is stable and seamless – it’s simple to use for beginners but packed with all the tools and features that expert users will expect.
