The main headstock, table and vertical machine column are all made in solid cast iron resulting in a stable, vibration free mortising machine. Adjustable guides ensure that any possible movement from years of constant use can be taken up so that the machine always remains as accurate as the day it is purchased. The morticer has big handwheels for easy table adjustment and the base has a fully lockable door.
