Piggyback Metalwork Vices and Storage Options

3″ metalwork vice with unique carry handle for clamping into woodwork vice using heavy duty steel bracket under. Finished in a traditional blue powder coat finish to match standard vice supply.

Mobile vice trolley for storing up to 12 piggyback metal vices. Fitted with two useful steel storage trays underneath for additional workshop equipment. The trolley can be wheeled close to the Craftwork bench with the minimum of lifting required. This simple solution creates a method of work for vice exchange that all pupils can perform and has a reduced risk of injury in the classroom.

A floor mounted vice rack for up to 24 piggyback vices metalwork. The unique design features a lower tier pull-out vice storage rack with a fixed top tier each, holding up to 12 vices each. The standard rack come with a single steel shelf under.

Due to the weight of the pull-out lower vice rack when fully loaded this unit must be securely anchored to the floor prior to being made available for workshop use.

As storage is always an issue in workshop spaces, the fixed storage unit can include a 3 drawer unit. An ideal way to store both metal vices with piggyback facility as well as smaller workshop items such as fixings and machinery tooling. Drawer unit consists of 1 x 125mm deep drawer & 2 x 100mm deep drawers. Supplied with 2 x galvanised steel drawer divider kits for the 100mm deep drawers to enable precise storage of small tools or fixings if required.
